Vacuum Forming

We operate two vacuum forming stations with variable bed areas upto 2.4m x 1.2m and forming depths of upto 60cm.

Both platforms are manually operated with a practical throughput of upto 20 sheets per hour.

Sheet capacity is up to 9mm .

Capacity

We offer a vacuum moulding capacity up to 2400mm x 1200 x 600mm deep.

The smallest size is 300mm x 300mm.

Mould Requirements

Please note that customer supplied moulds must be strong enough to withstand the pressures iinvolved with vaccuum forming which can range up to 30 bar.
