Finishing

We offer inhouse finishing services ranging from simple cutting through to paint finishing and the application of special effects such as lichen, powders, snow, glitter etc.

We have years of experience in the preparation of items for use in film and theatrical sets and many of your long term customers rely on us to provide a full one stop shop service from mould design through to complete finishing and even fitting.

Trimming

Most items will require simple cutting from the sheet where multiple parts are moulded from one sheet. This is generally done with a sharp knife although for thicker materials a saw is used.

Fixing

Depending on the item, mounting into a framework is often required to give the item structural integrity and allow it to be fitted into a larger composition.
